Tempo Tracker is born of hard-won experience in the workplace and in life situations.
Decisions are the fundamental building blocks of all tasks and projects, and in the modern workplace and in life, having a reliable grasp on what decisions are floating around to be decided is tough. Tempo Tracker's mission is to ease this problem by providing a store and reporting so decision information is readily to hand. The team behind Tempo Tracker believes it will create greater clarity and decisiveness to task and project management, via a platform accessible to all parties involved.
Tempo Tracker aims to empower the decision manager and the decision maker, as well as those who have an interest in the decisions to be made (the stakeholders).
This Statement of Terms of Service and Privacy follows from the Tempo Tracker mission. The terms controls and gives clarity of the relationship with Tempo Tracker account holders and others who interact with Tempo Tracker, and any subsequent Tempo Tracker services. By using or accessing the Tempo Tracker service, you agree to this Statement, as updated from time to time (we will notify you before we make changes to these terms and give you the opportunity to review and comment on the revised terms before continuing to use our Services).
What kinds of information do we collect?
Tempo Tracker is not a content-driven service that collects user-generated content for social sharing or syndication.
We need to store your registration details as the foundation of your user account (Basic, Premium, or Enterprise). The user data is not shared with 3rd-parties for marketing purposes. User data is not and is never to be shared with any 3rd party.
The Decision-based data is purely for project and task management purposes of the involved individual(s) and parties. Decision content is not for public consumption and is not openly displayed via the Tempo Tracker website.
Decision-based data is particular to the individual using Tempo Tracker and the tasks or projects that person is involved in. Tempo Tracker is not responsible for the content of the Decision-based content uploaded by users. The team behind Tempo Tracker does not condone any abusive content or profanity of an abusive, degrading, or insulting manner
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. At Tempo Tracker we have a few fundamental principles:
1. We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. (We can’t stand services that ask you for things like your gender or income level for no apparent reason.)
2. We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
3. We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of our services.
Gorilla Theory Labs operates tempotracker.com. It is Gorilla Theory Labs's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.
Like most website operators, TEMPO TRACKER collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. TEMPO TRACKER’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how TEMPO TRACKER’s visitors use its website. From time to time, TEMPO TRACKER may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
TEMPO TRACKER also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. TEMPO TRACKER does not use such information to identify its visitors, however, and does not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information, as described below.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to TEMPO TRACKER’s websites choose to interact with TEMPO TRACKER in ways that require TEMPO TRACKER to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that TEMPO TRACKER gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. TEMPO TRACKER collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitors’ interaction with TEMPO TRACKER. TEMPO TRACKER does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.
TEMPO TRACKER may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. TEMPO TRACKER may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, TEMPO TRACKER does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
TEMPO TRACKER discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that
I. need to know that information in order to process it on TEMPO TRACKER’s behalf or to provide services available at TEMPO TRACKER’s websites, and

If you are a registered user of a TEMPO TRACKER website and have supplied your email address, TEMPO TRACKER may occasionally send you an email in relation to your personal transactions, to inform you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with TEMPO TRACKER and our products. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. TEMPO TRACKER takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information. You are free at any time to modify or delete the personal information you have provided to us, by logging in and updating your account.
Payment for a Premium or Enterprise user account and subsequent extra allowances (Decision limits, additional users) is non-refundable. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you may pay for a Premium or Enterprise Tempo Tracker account (and any additional add-ons such as extra user licenses) only with the involvement of your parent or guardian. Make sure you review these Terms with your parent or guardian so that you both understand all of your rights and responsibilities.
Your payment information used for securing a premium or Enterprise account, or additional account add-ons (such as additional user licenses or increased Decision limits) is not stored by Tempo Tracker. The transactions are merely noted for record keeping so we can provide the necessary account types and allowances you have obtained.
